IBSA Board Roles
President -
- Organizes meetings
- Liaise between Big Country and IBSA
- Moderates concerns and complaints
- Initiates start of season advertising
- Email contact
Vice President –
- Gets permits and helps coordinate with the town of Irricana
- Recruits and manages coaches
- Sets up annual tournaments
- Fulfills duties of president if president is not available
Treasurer –
- Receives money – follows up on unpaid fees
- Writes cheques
- Submit profit /loss form and bank statement
Secretary –
- Meetings minutes
- Updates new forms
- Social media & website
Equipment Managers – Vacant
- Takes care of the uniforms ordering and returning
- Picks up new and returns the old equipment
- Organizes the field line painting
- Cleans and organizes the shed at end of season (with help from other board members)
Ref Coordinator – Vacant
- Scheduling games & payroll
- Ensure the referees get to the right location
Fundraising Coordinator – Vacant
- Organize an annual fundraising event(s)
- Recruit volunteers for fundraiser(s)
